Qualifications
Required

- Experience with Python, Java, Golang, C#, or C++.

- Comfort using at least one of the listed languages (Python, Java, Golang, C#, or C++) in more than one class or personal project.
- Experience collaborating on team projects, such as through group assignments or student organizations.
- Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly in writing, such as through design notes or project documentation.
- Interest in privacy, security, or compliance topics and how they influence backend design choices.
