Intern – Year Round (AI Engineering)

Navy Federal Credit Union is hiring a year-round AI Engineering intern in Vienna, VA, with a hybrid work model and pay ranging from $20-$31/hr. This role is geared toward students pursuing advanced graduate study and can be a fit if you have a working knowledge of financial products and services, including real estate related lending. You’ll be joining a financial services organization, so you may encounter projects that connect AI work with member-focused products and services.
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Enrolled in an accredited Juris Doctorate (JD), LL.M, MBA, or other graduate level program
- Working knowledge of financial products and services, including but not limited to, real estate related lending products and services
Nice to have
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating in a hybrid setting.
- Interest in how AI engineering can be applied to financial products and services in a regulated environment.
- Comfort learning new concepts quickly and asking thoughtful questions when requirements are unclear.
- Strong attention to detail when working with information related to lending products and services.
- Ability to balance internship responsibilities with a graduate program schedule.
