Technology Cloud Platform Engineer – Intern to Fulltime – Masters
About this internship
Eli Lilly and Company is seeking a Technology Cloud Platform Engineer Intern (Intern to Fulltime) based on site in Indianapolis, IN, supporting work in the biotechnology and health care industry. This role is designed for master’s students who have completed the 2025 Lilly technology summer internship and expect to graduate by August 2026. You’ll likely apply hands-on public cloud experience and familiarity with core services such as compute, networking, storage, and IAM.
Qualifications
Required
- Enrolled in and attending school, pursuing a master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering/Technology, Information Technology, Security or another relevant computer and technical program with expected graduation by August 2026.
- Completion of the 2025 Lilly technology summer internship.
- Hands-on experience (coursework, internships, or personal projects) with at least one public cloud provider (AWS, Azure or GCP). Familiarity and experience with core public cloud services (compute, networking, storage and IAM).
Nice to have
- Coursework or projects demonstrating practical use of core cloud services (compute, networking, storage, and IAM).
- Clear written communication for documenting technical work and explaining design decisions.
- Experience collaborating on team-based technical work in a class, internship, or project setting.
- Comfort learning new cloud services and patterns quickly and applying them to real problems.
