About this internship
Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is hiring a Fall 2026 Co-Op in Environmental Health & Safety in Frisco, TX, with a hybrid work model. This co-op is for undergraduates enrolled full-time at an accredited college or university, with majors such as Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership, or a related field. Youβll be expected to work 40 hours per week (MondayβFriday, 8amβ5pm) and the pay range is $28/hr.
Qualifications
Required
- Be an undergraduate Enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Development, Organizational Leadership or another related field
- Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Comfort coordinating multiple requests at once and keeping details organized across projects.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with different stakeholders in a hybrid setting.
- Experience using basic tracking tools (such as spreadsheets) to monitor tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups.
- A proactive approach to asking questions early, clarifying priorities, and confirming due dates.
- Interest in how workplace programs and communications support Environmental Health & Safety efforts.
