Zipcar and Ford’s ‘Students with Drive’ Program Helps Student Organizations Fuel Positive Change

Over the past six years, Zipcar and Ford Motor Company have driven the “Students with Drive” grant program to success, donating more than $1 million and helping more than 400 student organizations across the U.S. The program seeks to further the efforts of – and reward – student organizations that are making positive impacts both on and off campus.

The 2017-2018 challenge is up and running, so students should get their creativity rolling and put their ideas in motion — entries will be accepted until October 15, 2017 (11:59 p.m. ET).

To apply, students who are part of an organization have to fill out a form and upload a short video (one to 2 minutes only) showcasing their community-changing story and explaining how Ford and Zipcar can help them go further with their mission.

The winning student organization and the school of the winning team each get $10,000 in prize. The student organization also gets $5,000 credit in Zipcar driving.
