Scholarship Summary
For those of you born with the natural gift of self expression, this is for you! Verbal Ink is here to offer you a $1,500 scholarship.
This is an annual scholarship. Bookmark this page and check back each year!
If you write poetry, are a musician or just feel as though you have a way with words – Verbal Ink is interested in in how language has helped you find your voice!
Eligibility
- Cumulative GPA above 3.0
- Must either be graduating high school or completing his or her first year of college in the spring
- Must be enrolled in an accredited two or four year institution of higher learning for the following fall quarter/semester
Requirements
- All interested students must submit a 500-1,000 word essay on the following topic: Share a story about how language has helped you find your voice.
Scholarship Amount
- $1,500 every year for up to four years
Deadline
- April 15
This scholarship is renewable, so if you miss this coming deadline, keep your eyes and ears open for future dates.
