Scholarship Summary

This scholarship looks to reward a prospective student who plans to major in: Photography, Art, Graphics Design, Architecture, Interior Design or other majors (open to all majors)

Even though this scholarship is photography-themed, it is open to all majors!

Eligibility:

  • Must be planning to enroll or be enrolled in undergraduate study at any accredited college or university within the current academic school year.
  • Must have at least a 2.5 GPA.
  • Must be an American citizen or have a student visa.

How to Apply:

  • You must use your photography skills to do the following: capture the before and after effects of a skylight installation in a building. This could be an actual photo of a room with and a room without skylights, or drawings/renderings of how you imagine room or place could be improved with the additional natural light provided by a skylight or sun tunnel. Photo-shopped images showing proposed before and after scenarios are welcome.
  • E-mail submissions to scholarship@skylightsforless.com. Include a cover letter with the following information:
    • A description of your completed work (150-400 words)
    • Your Legal Name
    • Mailing Address
    • Telephone Number
    • E-mail address
    • A brief biography or statement of your goals in college (150-400 words)
    • Name of your College/University and proposed year of graduation

Deadline: February 28
