The JPMorgan Fellowship Initiative gives young men of color the support and resources they need to succeed in high school and college.

JPMorgan created The Fellowship Initiative (TFI) in 2010 to help young men of color achieve personal and professional success through a hands-on program. The fellowship is an opportunity to gain academic, social, and emotional support throughout high school and college.

About the Program

  • The program begins during high school and continues into the student’s college years
  • The program serves 120 young men in New York City, Chicago, and Los Angeles (40 in each city)
  • Participants have a chance at internships with JPMorgan as well as scholarship and other opportunities
