Eligibility:
- Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Legal Resident of the United States.
- Both current college students and incoming freshmen are eligible.
- You must have a 2.5 GPA.
- Incoming Freshmen must have taken the SAT or ACT.
How To Apply:
- Write an essay of 600 to 1,000 words comparing two credible sources: one that is in favor of the argument (that access to the Internet is a right), and one that is against the argument.
- Use perma.cc if you choose to use online sources and use MLA citation style for your work. Citations are not included in the word count limit.
- Submit via online application.
