Scholarship Summary
Each year, the Daniel Kline Education Scholarship awards one scholarship to a select high school or college student.

Write a short essay for a chance to win $1,000!
Eligibility:
- Enrolled at an accredited college or university.
- Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8.
How to Apply:
- Write a 500-750 word essay on the following topic: Tell us how you are driven to innovate, how you plan to influence progress on any level in any space or how you have already affected positive change with creative thinking.
- Email your essay to scholarship@klinedentistry.com.
- When submitting your application be sure to include the following:
- Include your name, email address and phone number in your email.
- If possible, attach your essay to the email as a Microsoft Word document, including your name, email address and phone number at the top of each page.
- Attach your most recent school transcript and proof of school enrollment.
- Submitting your resume or CV is optional.
