Impact Teen Drivers created an annual Create Real Impact Scholarship to find the solution to distracted driving. Create a project explaining your solution to the problem and you could win $1,500.

The problem of reckless and distracted driving is serious, and Impact Teen Drivers is looking for you to help them find the solution. If you think you have good ideas on how to end this harmful practice, the Create Real Impact $1,500 Scholarship was created just for you!
Create an original work showcasing your idea for a solution to reckless and distracted driving for a chance at $1,500!
Eligibility
- Legal residents of the US and the District of Columbia
- Aged 14 to 22 years
- Must be enrolled full-time in a secondary school, trade school, college, or university
How to Apply
- Create an original work (video, music, creative writing, artwork) showcasing how you would solve the problem of reckless and distracted driving
- Video: 2 minutes max, uploaded to YouTube. The video must be publicly accessible and Impact Teen Drivers is tagged. Description must include the entry name, appropriate credits, and any backstory on the piece.
- Music: 2 minutes max, file uploaded directly on the website. Description must include lyrics for the song will all performance credits, name of piece, and any backstory on the piece.
- Creative Writing: 100-1200 words, file uploaded directly on the website.
- Art Work: poster or t-shirt original artwork, file uploaded directly on the website.
- Upload your entry and submit on the website.
Deadline: October 1
Prizes
One winner will receive a $1,500 scholarship.
Quick Tips
- The focus of this contest are driving distractions such as texting, talking on the phone, eating, etc. Drinking and impaired driving is not the focus. Entries involving drinking and impaired driving will not be accepted.
- Follow the directions carefully and do not go over the time/word limits! Any entries not following the rules will not be eligible.
