Eligibility:

• You have to be heading to college, or an automotive trade/vocational school in 2017 or be a current freshman or sophomore.

How to Apply:

• Answer the following question in 500-1000 words:

Although the sales of electric vehicles have picked up in the past few years, only about 1% of all American households own an electric vehicle. What do you think is the biggest obstacle preventing the widespread adoption of electric vehicles? How can it be overcome?

• Submit your application by filling out their online form.
