Rhodes Scholarship

Amount: Full tuition. About: Administered by the Rhodes Trust in Oxford, the Rhodes Scholarship is a fully funded, full-time, postgraduate award that allows talented young people from around the world to study at the University of Oxford. Rhodes Scholars are selected based on academic excellence, talents, character, leadership, and other characteristics. The eligibility criteria vary based on the applicant’s country of origin. U.S. applicants must be a citizen of the United States, or a lawful permanent resident, be at least 18 years old and not reached their 24th birthday (or 27th for those who completed their bachelor’s degree later) on October 1, 2022, must have already completed, or will have completed by July 2023, an undergraduate degree, and meet a minimum GPA of 3.7 (out of 4.0). Applications for U.S. students open in early July each year.
