The PepsiCo Foundation NextStep Scholarship aims to help students transition from designated partner community colleges to four-year colleges and universities. The program will award up to 20 scholarships in the amount of $12,500 each to qualified students attending one of these community colleges: Westchester Community College, Dallas College, City Colleges of Chicago, Colorado Community College System – Aurora, Denver and Front Range campuses, Valencia College, Los Angeles Community College – LA Trade Tech and LA City College campuses. Applicants must have completed 45 credit hours by January 2026; plan to enroll in full-time undergraduate study at an accredited four-year college or university for the entire upcoming academic year (2026-2027); be projected to graduate with their bachelor’s degree in Spring of 2028; have a minimum grade point average of 2.75 on a 4.0 scale (or its equivalent); have an indefinite right to work in the United States without visa sponsorship; agree to receive and respond to communications in a timely manner; agree to a recorded final video interview; agree to participate in periodic check-in calls; and agree to respond to periodic surveys. Additionally, applicants must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in one of the following eligible majors: Business Administration, Professional Sales, Chemical Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science. Awards are renewable for one additional year if recipients meet the renewal criteria.
