Amount: $3,000-$10,000. About: The American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) offers several scholarships to undergraduate engineering or pre-engineering students. Applicants must be studying toward a Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree in a course of study leading to a career in HVAC&R. Students can apply to all at once through a general scholarship application that is screened for available funding. Applicants must have a cumulative college GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and/or a class standing of no less than the top 30%.
