Qualifications
Required

- Proficient in data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, or R
- Practical experience with data querying and scripting languages (e.g. SQL, Python, R) and basic statistical/data analysis tools
Nice to have
- Coursework or project experience in probability, statistics, or econometrics that you can apply to real datasets.
- Comfort turning a question into a clear analysis plan, including defining metrics and checking assumptions.
- Experience cleaning, joining, and validating data from multiple sources using SQL and scripting.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly in writing and explain tradeoffs to non-technical partners.
- Familiarity with building simple, reproducible analysis workflows (organized notebooks/scripts and versioned code).
