Qualifications
Required
- Current pursuing an Undergraduate or Master in Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, mathematics or related technical field
- Hands-on experience and deep understanding of various Big Data technologies (Hadoop, M/R, Hive, Spark, Metastore, Presto, Flume, Kafka, ClickHouse, Flink etc.)
- Proficient in SQL, Python, Schema design, ETL (Extraction, Transformation & Loading)
Nice to have
- Coursework or project experience applying statistical or analytical methods to real-world datasets.
- Comfort translating ambiguous questions into clear data requirements and structured analyses.
- Familiarity with data quality checks and documentation practices for datasets and pipelines.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners and explaining results to non-specialists.
- Interest in privacy and data protection concepts as they relate to data access, use, and governance.
