Qualifications
Required
- Pursuing a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Economy or other relevant majors with 2+ years of work experience.
- Proficient in at least one software programming language, such as SQL/R/Python.
- Good self-driving ability and team cooperation ability, strong sense of responsibility, willingness and ability to challenge oneself and learn new knowledge.
Nice to have
- Comfort working with real-world datasets by cleaning, validating, and documenting data definitions and assumptions.
- Ability to communicate analysis results clearly to teammates and incorporate feedback during iteration.
- Experience collaborating on projects where responsibilities are shared and progress is tracked to meet timelines.
- Familiarity with writing readable, well-structured code (for example in SQL, R, or Python) and following basic versioning practices.
- Curiosity and initiative to learn new methods or domain context when the problem changes.
