Qualifications
Required

- Proficient in data querying languages and at least one scripting language (e.g. Hive, Python, SQL, R)
- Experience in one or more of the following methods: forecasting, statistical and causal inference, classification methods, ab testing
Nice to have
- Comfort translating a loosely defined question into a measurable metric and a clear analysis plan.
- Experience communicating statistical results and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with experiment design details (e.g., guardrail metrics, sample size considerations, and interpreting results).

- Strong foundational understanding of probability and statistics to support causal and classification work.
