Qualifications
Required
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in quantitative fields such as statistics, engineering, economics, etc
- To succeed in the role, you need to be a proactive, self-driven and impact driven person
- Be able to work with cross-functional teams in a fast speed environment
Nice to have
- Coursework or projects demonstrating applied statistics, economics, engineering analysis, or other quantitative methods.
- Experience working on team-based projects with partners from different functions (e.g., product, operations, or business stakeholders).
- Comfort taking initiative on ambiguous problems and proposing next steps without waiting for detailed instructions.
- Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Evidence of being impact-driven, such as prioritizing work based on measurable outcomes in past projects.
