Qualifications
Required

- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms, proficient in at least one coding language, including but not limited to Go, Java, Python, C++.
Nice to have
- Coursework or project experience applying data structures and algorithms to real coding problems.
- Comfort writing and debugging backend code in at least one language such as Go, Java, Python, or C++.
- Ability to explain technical decisions clearly and collaborate with others in an on-site environment.
- Practice working through coding challenges efficiently within a set timeframe.
