Qualifications
Required
- Have graduated with a Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Engineering Management, Information Systems Management, Business Analytics, (or an equivalent science/engineering field) within 12 months of actual start date, no later than August 2026.
- Are proficient (e.g., can complete coding projects without any assistance) in at least one of the following programming languages: Java, C, C++, Python, SQL, JavaScript, R, PHP, Swift, Go, C#, Matlab, Julia, Kotlin
- Have academic course work, projects, internships, and/or research experience in one or more of the following Computer Science areas: Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning / Natural Language Processing, Big Data / Data Structures / Algorithms, Cloud Computing, Computer Systems / Distributed Systems /Embedded Systems / Operating Systems, Database Systems/Design, Object Oriented Design, Web/Mobile Development, User Interface Design
Nice to have
- Projects, coursework, or research demonstrating applied AI/ML, NLP, or analytics work with real datasets.
- Comfort explaining your approach to data structures/algorithms and how they impact performance at scale.
- Experience working with databases (design, querying, or optimization) through classes, internships, or personal projects.
- Evidence of building end-to-end software or data projects (e.g., combining code, data, and a simple interface) in any of the listed languages.
- Familiarity with cloud computing concepts from coursework or projects, especially how data pipelines or services are deployed.
