Qualifications
Required
- Pursuing Master of HR or Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.
- Must have at least 1 semester/term remaining following the completion of the internship.
- 3+ years experience with HR or related experience (e.g., hiring, training, performance management) involving applicable employment laws and policies OR equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Interest in HR policy, employment laws, and how they apply in day-to-day people programs
- Strong written communication skills for documenting processes, guidance, or research findings
- Comfort working with cross-functional stakeholders in a hybrid environment
- Experience organizing complex information and prioritizing tasks across multiple workstreams
- Attention to detail when handling confidential or sensitive HR-related information
