Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. is hiring a Fall 2026 Co-op in Manufacturing Automation in Burlington, MA, with a hybrid work model. This role is paid at $28/hour and is designed for undergraduates in a full-time program (e.g., Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or a related field). You’ll need to be available 40 hours per week (M–F, 8am–5pm) and be comfortable managing multiple priorities with strong attention to detail.
Qualifications
Required
- Be an undergraduate Enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems or another related field
- Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Interest in how manufacturing operations and automation projects support broader business goals
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for sharing updates and coordinating across stakeholders
