Qualifications
Required
- Be an undergraduate Enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems or another related field
- Available to work 40 hours per week (M-F, 8am-5pm)
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize requests, and meet deadlines
Nice to have
- Interest in manufacturing engineering and working in the coffee, food, and beverage industry
- Comfort coordinating tasks across multiple projects and tracking details to stay on schedule
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for updates, documentation, and collaboration
- Ability to adapt in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively on and off site
- Curiosity and willingness to learn by asking questions and seeking feedback
