Qualifications
Required
- Actively pursuing one of the following BA degrees: Business related undergrad with a concentration or emphasis on supply chain, accounting, finance, economics, data analytics or related field.
- Currently attending school and will be graduating with bachelor’s degree by August 2027.
- Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to be employed in the United States. Lilly does not anticipate providing sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H-1B or TN status) for this employment position.

- Coursework or project experience related to procurement, supply chain, or sourcing concepts.
- Interest in applying financial, economic, or data analytics skills to business decisions.
- Experience working on team-based projects in a business or academic setting.

- Strong attention to detail when working with numbers, budgets, or process documentation.
