- Coursework or project experience related to hardware design, electronics, or wireless/Wi-Fi fundamentals.
- Comfort communicating technical progress, questions, and learnings clearly in both written and verbal formats.
- Experience collaborating on team-based class or club projects, especially in a hybrid setting.
- Strong organization skills for tracking tasks, documenting work, and following through on action items.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning new concepts and seeking feedback when you get stuck.
