About this internship
CBIZ is hiring an Audit Intern for Summer 2026 in Providence, RI, in an on-site role. In this internship, you’ll likely support audit-related work in a results-driven, team-oriented environment while applying basic knowledge of GAAP and GAAS rules, procedures, and standards. The hourly pay range for this position is $32–$36.
Qualifications
Required
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, research, including basic knowledge of GAAP and GAAS rules, procedures and standards
- Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
- Ability to multi-task, think independently and problem solve in a results driven team oriented environment
Nice to have
- Comfort collaborating in person with a team and building positive working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail when reviewing information and documenting findings.
- Willingness to ask clarifying questions and seek feedback to improve your work.
- Ability to organize tasks, manage time, and keep priorities straight while juggling multiple assignments.
