Qualifications

Required

  • Be able to work in an underground environment
  • Pursuing a bachelor’s or a Mining Engineering (MinE), Mechanical Engineering (ME), Electrical Engineering (EE), Industrial Engineering (IE), or other related engineering discipline
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree to be/recently completed between December 2026 – May 2029

Nice to have

  • Comfort working safely in an underground environment and following site procedures.
  • Coursework or project experience related to mining, mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering concepts.
  • Willingness to work on-site at one of multiple U.S. locations, including the listed Minneapolis, MN area.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with engineers and site personnel in a hands-on work setting.
  • Interest in applying engineering skills within an agriculture, food, and beverage company environment.
