- Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Accounting or other relevant field required
- Actively pursuing school credits to become a CPA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint

- Comfort creating clear spreadsheets and basic analyses in Excel to support tax-related work.
- Strong written communication skills for drafting emails and summarizing work in Word.
- Ability to build concise, organized PowerPoint slides to share updates or findings.

- Time-management skills to balance deadlines with school and a hybrid work schedule.
