BDO is hiring a Core Tax Intern for Summer 2026 in Spokane, WA, working on site. This internship is geared toward students enrolled in a bachelorβs or masterβs program in accounting or a related field who are actively pursuing CPA credits. The pay range is $32β$37 per hour.
Qualifications
Required
- Enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Accounting or other relevant field required
- Actively pursuing school credits to become a CPA
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Nice to have
- Comfort collaborating in person and communicating clearly with teammates in an on-site setting
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes when working with tax-related information
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized during busy periods while balancing school commitments
- Confidence using Excel features (e.g., formatting, formulas, and basic data organization) to support analyses
- Professional writing skills for drafting emails and organizing workpapers in Word and PowerPoint
