About this internship
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Grants Resiliency and Master Planning Intern for Summer 2026 in Tallahassee, FL, supporting work in civil engineering and construction. This is an on-site, paid internship with an hourly rate of $23–$29. No prior experience is generally required if you’re accepted into an Associate’s or Bachelor’s program in a related field and have completed at least 60 credit hours by the start of the internship.

Required
- No experience is generally required if accepted into an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in a related field.
- Must have completed 60 hours towards a related degree (Planning, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Public Policy, Emergency Management, or related field) from an accredited college/university by the start of the internship (Summer 2026).
- Basic computer skills required to enter data into spreadsheets or databases.
Nice to have
- Coursework in planning, economics, finance, accounting, public policy, emergency management, or a closely related area.
- Comfort entering and organizing information in spreadsheets and basic databases.
- Strong attention to detail when handling data and checking for accuracy.
- Clear written communication for documenting data and sharing updates.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in an on-site setting.
