Qualifications
Required
- Enrolled in an HR-related Master’s degree program (e.g., Human Resource Management/Organizational Psychology/Industrial Labor Relations/Human Capital).
- Master’s/MBA degree candidates with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and June 2027.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, including the ability to communicate, influence and collaborate across all levels.
Nice to have
- Coursework or project experience in organizational psychology, human capital, or industrial/labor relations
- Comfort presenting ideas clearly and professionally to different audiences
- Experience collaborating on team projects where you had to influence without formal authority
- Evidence of strong relationship-building, such as cross-functional campus leadership or group work
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and communicate progress proactively in a hybrid setting
