Good Life’s Improving Tomorrow Biannual Scholarship Is Open for Applications

Good Life’s Improving Tomorrow Biannual Scholarship is currently open for applications.

Good Life, a property management company in San Diego, created the scholarship last year to mark its expansion to Orange County. Through this scholarship, Good Life seeks to recognize and empower those who strive to make a positive impact in their communities and beyond.

“Our purpose at Good Life is to create opportunity, enjoyment and impact for all our stakeholders. Impact in the community is a big part of why we do what we do,” said Steve Welty, CEO of Good Life.

Good Life invites students who qualify to share their vision for a better tomorrow. Whether through leadership, innovation or community engagement, Good Life believes that today’s students have the power to shape meaningful change for generations to come.

The company will award $1,250 to the winning candidate.

The scholarship is open to high school seniors, high school graduates, undergraduate and graduate students. Applicants must reside in the United States, meet a minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.3 on a 4-point scale, and be enrolled full-time at an accredited U.S. college or university for the 2026-27 academic year.

To apply, eligible students must write an essay of 350-500 words addressing one of the following prompts:

1. Your Tomorrow, Our Tomorrow

What does “improving tomorrow” mean to you personally? How will your education and goals help make tomorrow better for others?

2. Innovation in Action

Think of a solution you’ve implemented or would like to implement to solve a real-world problem. Describe the idea, how it works, and how it could scale to make a broader impact.

3. Leading for Change

Describe a leadership experience that taught you the power of influence, collaboration, or resilience. How did you grow, and how will you continue to lead with purpose?
