The Vermont John H. Chafee Education and Training Scholarship is offered to recent high school graduates in Vermont who have experienced foster care. To be eligible, applicants must be under 26 years old and have experienced Department of Children and Families (DCF) custody after the age of 14. See the scholarship page for additional requirements.
