Amount: $3,000-$17,000 (renewable for up to 4 years). About: Stephen Phillips Memorial Scholarships are annually awarded to current and future undergraduate students from New England. Each applicant must be an entering or returning student at an accredited undergraduate institution in the United States, be enrolled full-time, be pursuing a bachelor’s degree, be a U.S. citizen or legal noncitizen, and be a permanent resident of Connecticut, Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, or Vermont. The scholarship has different deadlines for renewing and new applications.
