About: Offered by the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund, the Shirley and Robert Raymer College Scholarship is annually awarded to high school seniors who are enrolling in academically selective four-year colleges or universities. Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence, financial need, and involvement in the Jewish community. Additionally, applicants must have a permanent residence is in the greater San Francisco Bay Area.
