Amount: Up to $90,000. About: Each year, the Paul & Daisy Soros Fellowships for New Americans supports 30 immigrants or the children of immigrants who are pursuing graduate or professional degrees in the United States. Each Fellowship, worth up to a total of $90,000, supports one to two years of graduate study in any field and in any advanced degree-granting program in the United States. Applicants must be a New American who is 30 or younger as of the application deadline, and who is planning on starting or continuing an eligible graduate degree program full-time in the United States in the upcoming academic year. Students may apply to the Fellowship when they’re applying to graduate or professional school, or when they’re in the first two years of the academic program they’re seeking funding for.
