About: The International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) Undergraduate Diversity Scholarship is annually awarded to minority undergraduate students interested in retail real estate or a related field. Each applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, member of an underrepresented racial or ethnic minority group, be a full-time sophomore, junior, or senior enrolled at an accredited university, and meet a minimum 3.0 GPA requirement.
