Guy P. Gannett Scholarship Fund

Amount: Up to $60,000. About: Administered by the Maine Community Foundation, the Guy P. Gannett Scholarship is annually awarded to students from Maine pursuing degrees in journalism and related fields. Applicants must be graduates of Maine high schools or home-schooled in a Maine community during their last year of secondary education. Winners will be decided based on demonstrated interest in journalism, financial need, and academic achievement.
Eligible Grade Levels: High School Senior, Homeschooled Student, College Freshman, College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior, Graduate Student
Eligible Majors: Journalism
Residency Requirement: Maine
Minimum GPA: No GPA requirement
