Amount: Up to $5,000. About: Delmar Foundation Scholarships are open to students who live within the Franklin Regional School District in western Pennsylvania and need financial assistance to attend an accredited college, university, junior college, technical college, or trade school. Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, meet a minimum GPA requirement of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale, and have been involved in a variety of extracurricular activities, volunteer activities, and/or work experiences.
