Each year, the American Association of Candy Technologists (AACT) awards the John Kitt Memorial Scholarship to undergraduate students interested in pursuing careers in candy-making technology. Applicants must be current sophomores, juniors, or seniors at an accredited four-year college or university in North America and major in a food science, chemical science, biological science, or related area. Additionally, applicants must meet a minimum GPA requirement of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent on another scale).
Eligible Grade Levels: College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior
Eligible Majors: Biological Science, Chemical Science, Food Science
Residency Requirement: No residency requirement
Minimum GPA: 3.0
