SEG Scholarships

Amount: Up to $10,000. About: Each year, the Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG) awards scholarships to students who are interested in pursuing careers in geophysics. Applicants can be college-bound high school seniors or current undergraduate or graduate students. However, they must have above average grades and intend to pursue a college curriculum directed toward a career in applied geophysics.
Eligible Grade Levels: High School Senior, College Freshman, College Sophomore, College Junior, College Senior, Graduate Student
Eligible Majors: Geophysics, Geosciences
Residency Requirement: No residency requirement
Minimum GPA: 3.0
