Unigo’s Education Matters $5,000 Scholarship is about promoting the importance of higher education.

As a smart college student, you probably know by now just how valuable a college education can be. However, there are people out there who believe education isn’t worth it. Unigo wants to know how you would reply to these people and is offering $5,000 for the best response!

Write a response explaining why education matters for a chance at $5,000. 

Eligibility

  • Must be 14 years or older
  • Must be a legal resident of the US or the District of Columbia
  • Must be currently enrolled (or enroll no later than the fall of 2029) in an accredited post-secondary institution of higher learning (college, university or trade school).

How to Apply

  • Submit an online application.
  • Write a short response (250 words or less) answering the following:
    • What would you say to someone who thinks education doesn’t matter, or that college is a waste of time and money?
