About: <\/strong>
\n Offered by MPOWER Financing, which provides private student loans to international and DACA students in the United States and Canada, the MPOWER Women in STEM Scholarship is awarded annually to female international\/DACA students who are currently enrolled, or accepted to study, full-time in a STEM degree program at a program MPOWER supports in the United States or Canada. Three scholarships are awarded each year in the amount of $5,000 (Grand Prize), $2,000 (First Runner-Up), and $1,000 (Second Runner-Up). Applicants must be: at least 18 years of age; female, accepted at, or enrolled in, a full-time STEM degree program at a U.S. or Canadian school that MPOWER supports for the remainder of the student\u2019s undergraduate study and\/or for a graduate degree program; and an international student allowed to legally study in the United States (including DACA) or Canada. Applicants need not be MPOWER borrowers to apply for this scholarship.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n\n\n
