<\/div>\r\n\r\nAbout: <\/strong>\r\n Offered by the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE), the Prem Jain Scholarship is a $5,000 one-year award to undergraduate engineering or pre-engineering students. Applicants must be enrolled full-time in U.S. college or university and pursue a Bachelor of Science or Engineering Degree in a course of study leading to a career in HVAC&R. Applicants must have a cumulative college GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale and\/or a class standing of no less than the top 30%. Full-time undergraduate engineering students enrolled in a program accredited by a signatory of the Washington Accord in Asia or South Africa will be given special consideration. Please note that in the event the cost of tuition, books, and supplies is less than the scholarship amount, recipients will receive multiple scholarships in lesser amounts (not to exceed a total of $5,000) annually.\r\n\r\n
