Applicants must be U.S. citizens or permanent residents, live within the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments (greater DC area), be either graduating from high school or transitioning from a two-year community college to a four-year college or university, and be accepted to a U.S. accredited college or university in a four-year, full-time STEM curriculum.
