Applicants must be U.S. citizens and reside in Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Delaware, Maryland, District of Columbia, Virginia, West Virginia, or North Carolina. Preference is given to undergraduate students who have completed at least one year of study, to those who are considering careers in education, and to those who are “motivated by spiritual values.”\r\n\r\n
