Applicants must be 17-24 years old, have experienced the death of a parent or legal guardian, be attending college, university, or trade school in the United States or Puerto Rico in the upcoming fall semester, be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, and be legal residents of the United States or Puerto Rico.
