<\/div>\r\n\r\nAbout: <\/strong>\r\n The American Legion Department of Kansas, the Kansas state branch of the largest veterans organization in the United States, offers the Charles W. and Annette Hill Scholarship to Kansas high school seniors, college freshmen, and college sophomores who are the descendents of wartime veterans and who have been members of the Kansas American Legion for at least three years. Descendents of deceased American Legion members are eligible if the member’s dues were paid at the time of their death. Applicants need to have a minimum 3.0 GPA. Preference is given to applicants desiring to engage in the fields of science, engineering, or business administration.\r\n\r\n
